====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 308, 379, 427, 504, 506, 353 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that he was informed by the Mukhiya that villagers are furious on account of death of son of Dharmendra in road accident, hence requested him to come to give compensation as the mob had jammed the road, accordingly, he reached the place of occurrence where he was abused and assaulted on the ground that he does not want to give compensation and even his gold ring was snatched. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.37301 of 2022(2) dt.01-12-2022 2/2 petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a senior citizen aged about 66 years of age and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that allegations are general and omnibus in nature and petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 66 years with clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
