In the order dated 18.08.2020 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22218 of 2020, while granting the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail, satisfaction of 'learned A.C.J.M. 2nd Barh, Patna', has been mentioned in place of 'learned A.C.J.M. 1st Barh, Patna'. It has so happened because of the typographical error in the application seeking anticipatory bail. In the said background, this application has been filed seeking correction in the bail application and slight modification in the order dated 18.08.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22218 of 2020. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.
