Let the defect(s), if any, as pointed out by the office be removed within four weeks.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhansoi Case No. 74 of 2022 under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that his daughter was married to the petitioner herein and the couple was blessed with two children but she was always facing financial crunch inasmuch as her husband (the petitioner herein) used to work outside and she was always deprived of money. On the fateful night, as there was no money

No.37054 of 2022(2) dt.23-09-2022 2/2 in the house, she had called him that there is no ration at home but her husband stated that he will come next day and fed-up with the said attitude, she committed suicide. According to the informant, no other than, his son-in-law is responsible for her daughter taking this extreme step.

Considering the fact that the informant has made the petitioner as an accused in a case in which an innocent life of his wife has gone, he cannot exonerate himself from the reason. This Court for the present is not inclined to grant him privilege of bail which is accordingly, rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Jagdish/Neha/- U T
