The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused injury to the informant with knife and torn her blouse and tried to misbehave with her.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. There is case and counter case. The injury attributed to this petitioner is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

No.36909 of 2022(2) dt.07-11-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 412 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
