Considering the documents enclosed as Annexures A,B and C to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and as such the writ petition is practically rendered infructuous. The writ application is accordingly disposed of. If the petitioner has any other grievance which has not been redressed as yet, liberty shall be available to him to agitate the same
