2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 829 of 2022, G.R. No. 3883 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant, with an intention to marry her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the victim did not support the prosecution case in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. She has stated that she fled away with the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43703 of 2023(8) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 with her own sweet will. The petitioner is under custody since 09.12.2022.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 829 of 2022, G.R. No. 3883 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
