2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Complaint Case No. 588 of 2022 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, the petitioner (husband of the complainant) and his family members tortured the complainant (victim) for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a Panchayati has already taken place and the second marriage of the victim has been solemnized.
5. The notice has already been issued to the victim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35710 of 2025(5) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 (Opposite Party No. 2) and according to service report, she received the notice but did not chose to turn up.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 588 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
