====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2021 Heard Mr. Binay Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Prateek Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the State through video conferencing.

The grievance of the petitioner is that Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Raj Genharpur, Birpur block, District - Begusarai is being constructed in violation of the norms fixed by the Government outside of the Headquarter of the said Gram Panchayat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a detailed representation has been filed in this regard before the District Magistrate, Begusarai, which is at Annexure -2 Series to the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10820 of 2020(4) dt.13-09-2021 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai which shall be disposed of by him in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Begusarai within a period of four weeks and if such representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Begusarai i.e. respondent no. 4 is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this writ application is disposed of.
