The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of assaulting due to which the informant sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner No. 1 is the father and petitioner No. 2 is the brother of the informant and in the background of some partition dispute, the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37190 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 F.I.R has been registered. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific accusation of inflicting knife blow is against co-accused Madan Bhagat who is not petitioner before this Court. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra Kothi P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
