The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 383 and 120B of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 18(C) & 27(B) Drugs and Cosmetics Act. There is allegation that Umesh Choudhary and Umesh Sharma were running a nursing home. When the informant and others reached the nursing home and demanded papers related to the nursing home then Dr. Umesh Choudhary and Umesh Sharma called the compounder and others started protested the raiding party in which the vehicles of the raiding party and ambulance were damaged and they have prevented them for discharging their

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 22.08.2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Hazipur, in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2015, subject to condition that petitioner will not indulge in such activity in future and any involvement of such activity shall be ground for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
