2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1916 of 2017 (Ram Nath Singh and Ors. vs. the State of Bihar and Ors.).

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, since the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to that of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 1916 of 2017, there is no requirement to keep

4. Considering the fact that petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1916 of 2017, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1916 of 2017 before the respondent no. 5 (the Director, Secondary Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna) within four weeks and the respondent no. 5 would pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after personally hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner within one month thereafter, considering the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1916 of 2017 (Ram Nath Singh and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors.).

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 5 shall be held personally responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled to any consequential benefits, then the same shall be given to the petitioner within three months.
