Petitioners seek bail in Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No.43 of 2020 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the IPC.

The petitioners were apprehended with a vehicle bearing Registration No.BR-06-GB-7375 with 55 bags of wheat. The wheat is said to have been stolen. Suraj Kumar Paswan is the driver of the vehicle. The petitioners have no manner of concern either with the vehicle or the wheat. The petitioners are in jail since 10.05.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34383 of 2020(2) dt.15-01-2021 2/2 above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Kunauli (Dagmara O.P.) P.S. Case No.43 of 2020.
