JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 13.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6039 of 2015 giving liberty to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year in jail custody. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.09.2014 and it is obvious from perusal of the impugned order dated 26.09.2015 that up till now trial of the petitioner could not be concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
