The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons kidnapped the daughter-in-law of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. The present case has been instituted by the father-in-law of the victim alleging that the victim has been taken away by the petitioner and his family members. The mother of the victim has also filed a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36845 of 2019(2) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 for an offence under Section 304B of I.P.C. and other allied Sections against the informant and his family members. The present case has been instituted by the informant only to save his skin from the case instituted by the mother of the victim. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. case No.355 of 2018.
