22-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 18.03.2018, all the F.I.R. named accused persons brutally assaulted brother of the informant and forcibly solemnized his marriage, due to which, the informant's brother got injured and died during course of treatment.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47958 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka / concerned court in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018.
