The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No.98 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and, admittedly, there is a land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner had earlier lodged Kamtaul P.S. Case No.95 of 2015 for the same offence.

No.8330 of 2016 (7) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations and on perusal of the injury report, it appears that the injuries are simple though they are said to have been caused by Farsa, yet the Doctor has opined that it is of hard and blunt substance, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth, Darbhanga, in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No.98 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
