Patna High Court L.P.A No.1483 of 2017(11) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 Jharkhand and New Delhi respectively. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. In the result, the present Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed reserving liberty to the appellant to invoke remedy before the appropriate jurisdictional forum. (P. B.
