Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is only on account of certain land disputes that the name of the petitioners have been included as accused persons. It is further submitted that the other similarly situated person have been extended privilege of anticipatory bail Criminal Misc. No. 19492 of 2015 vide order dated 11.12.2015. Considering aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners are similarly situated, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or
