Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 24 of 2019 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 120B, 201, 363 and 370 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Co-ordinate benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19702 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 8653 of 2019 on 03.04.2019 and 30.04.2019 respectively.
