WJC No.991 of 2019 dt.27-06-2019 2/2 To us, it appears that the son of the petitioner has accompanied his wife, but an allegation has been made that it appears that the son has gone missing and is, probably, unlawfully detained. There is no material to support this averment and even otherwise the petitioner's son is a major. If he has gone missing, it is open to the petitioner to lodge an F.I.R. before the concerned police station.

We are not inclined to entertain this petition on these allegations.

The petition is consigned to records.
