In that view of the matter, Mr. Tiwari seeks permission to withdraw this application reserving the liberty to him to approach the State Government for payment of the other dues which are still subsisting in his estimation.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid with the direction that in case such representation is filed, it shall be disposed of expeditiously by the concerned authority by a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
