The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Shahpur P.S. Case No.281 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 307, 452, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have abused the informant. It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with his wife and two sons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his wife with bricks and stones on their head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injuries. It is further submitted that

It is also submitted that the injuries are simple in nature and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.281 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
