The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have purchased a land in conspiracy with the co-accused persons who have no right to sell the land in question in favour of the petitioner and other accused persons.

No.38859 of 2022(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner is a bona fide purchaser of the land in question. After completing the investigation, the petitioner was not sent up for trial and final form was submitted but differing with the final form, cognizance has been taken against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.
