2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"I.

For issuance of writ n the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents to appoint on the post of Technical Assistant in the District of Darbhanga from the waiting list of 28 candidates which was published alongwith the merit list and still about 22 posts are vacant. II.

For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for commanding the respondents concerned to complete the appointment process on all vacant post which was advertised in District of Darbhanga in light of Resolution No. 4046 dated 25.07.2018 without any further delay.

For any other relief/reliefs to petitioner is entitled for."

Short question for consideration in the present petition is whether petitioner is entitled to be appointed to any one of the post of Technical Assistant in the District of Darbhanga while operating waiting list of 28 candidates in the guise of filling up of 22 more vacant posts or not? In this regard, the petitioner submitted representation vide Annexure 6.

4. The concerned Respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to be appointed to one of the post of Technical Assistant in the District of Darbhanga or not? The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
