The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. Further it is submitted that only material against the petitioner is that his name finds place on statement of some of the witnesses, but there is not eye witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
