Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 449 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 504, 307, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the first information report, the petitioner is one of the accused who assaulted the owner of restaurant and demanded extortion money.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46851 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2022 2/2 Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
