The petitioner, who is in custody since 13.4.2015 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that F.I.R. was lodged against unknown regarding theft of motorcycle. Despite the fact that no recovery was effected from the conscious possession of the petitioner, the petitioner has been made accused in the present case and he is languishing in jail since 13.4.2015.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner namely, Uday Kumar @ Tempu be
