The petitioners seek bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it has been submitted that in this case co-accused Dhan Mohammad @ Sikender and Md. Musayeb @ Md. Musayeb Hussain have already been allowed bail and the case of the petitioners is similar to those co-accused. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners Md. Rakib, and Md. Nurshad are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51043 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M.K. Jha Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioners shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on their part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioners from privilege of bail.
