====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present Cr. Revision Application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 25.05.2017 passed by SubDivisional Magistrate, Dumraon in Case No. 383 of 2017, by which, proceeding under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the validity of order passed under Section 144 of Cr.P.C. is only one year. During pendency of the present criminal revision

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1046 of 2017(5) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 application about five year have crossed, as such, this case is become infructuous.

In this view of the matter, the present Cr. Revision Application is become infructuous but it is made clear that the order under challenge shall be of no legal value as present and no authority can use the said order in his favour. Accordingly, the present Cr. Revision Application is disposed off.
