Petitioner happens to be husband of the informant but from perusal of the first information report, it would appear that the informant remained at her matrimonial home only for 9 days and the root cause of dispute of the parties, appears to be first marriage of the petitioner.

Learned counsel, appearing for petitioner submits that the petitioner had not solemnized his marriage with any other woman except the informant but as a matter of fact, the informant herself does not want to lead her conjugal life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53053 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 opposed the prayer, submitting that petitioner got solemnized his marriage with the informant though he was already married. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Madhavendra Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Patna. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
