By order dated 16.10.2015, the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not appear on time.

Considering the same, three weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee.
