Heard Mr. Ramchandra Prasad Bharti, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. J. N. Thakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 186, 332, 337, 338, 353, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the police personnels apprehended a

Some persons came there and they made hindrance in apprehending that tractor and they rescued that tractor and fled away from the place of occurrence. They also indulged in stones pelting. The petitioner has been named in the FIR and it has been mentioned in the written statement that he was indulged in illegal excavation and transportation of sand.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the informant misbehaved with the father of the petitioner and in this respect, Complaint Case No.79 of 2021 was filed on the same day, due to this the informant has falsely implicated him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts, specially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned I/c SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021, subject to condition as

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
