2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 376(AB) of the IPC and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13044 of 2023.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50933 of 2024(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 29.07.2024, it appears that the case record is pending for argument and the trial is likely to be concluded within two months.

6. Hence, learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within its stipulated period of time, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

7. In the aforesaid circumstances, the present application stands disposed of.
