The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR is placed at Annexure-1 and charges the petitioner no. 1 of assaulting the informant on head by means of a farsa. The petitioner no. 2 is charged with assaulting the father of the informant by a sword. The injury reports are placed at Annexure-2 series and in consideration whereof, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The petitioners should surrender and pray for regular bail before the court below which

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5052 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 should be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed in the present proceedings. This application is accordingly disposed of.
