The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties who knowingly, deliberately and wilfully flouted the judicial order dated 30.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4207 of 2015, titled as Md. Aliraj Vs. The State of Bihar and others, whereby the Court
Patna High Court MJC No.2029 of 2019(3) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 were pleased to direct the District Magistrate, Begusarai and Superintendent of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bhakari Begusarai to act in the present matter in accordance with law keeping in view the observation made and direction given in order dated 24.11.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous and that petitioner be permitted to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in law.
Liberty granted.
We are hopeful that as and when any such step is taken, same shall take to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of three months. The instant petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty/observation.
