The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. However, his name finds place on confessional statement of co-accused.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.Case No. 276 of 2015.
