1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in Complaint Case No.2857(C) of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 342 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the complaint, prima facie, it appears that a civil dispute has been given a criminal colour.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39289 of 2023(4) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Mahvish Fatma, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.2857(C) of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
5. The application stands allowed.
