Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, marriage of the deceased had taken place four to five years ago.

In course of investigation, two versions emerged. Some witnesses stated that the deceased died of her natural death and after that her dead body was cremated. Second version is that deceased committed suicide.

Admittedly, dead body of the deceased had already been disposed of before institution of the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has already filed a petition disclosing innocence of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27399 of 2015 (3) dt.13-10-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Jamobazar P.S. Case no. 86/2014.
