The present application has been filed for transfer of Divorce Suit No. 05 of 2018 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jamui to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lakhisarai.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has produced a judgment dated 07.05.2018 passed in Divorce Suit No. 05 of 2018, by which decree of divorce has been passed in favour of the opposite party and against the present petitioner. As the Divorce Suit No. 05 of 2018, which the petitioner is seeking for transfer, has already been decided by the Court below, there is no need to proceed further in the matter.
