Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of demand of dowry and torture. Petitioner was allowed provisional anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26144 of 2016, with certain conditions.

The conditions were not fulfilled/materialized. Thereafter, the petitioner surrendered and prayed for regular bail and he is in custody since 09.04.2019. Considering the factual position aforesaid and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
