The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya Sirisiya O.P. P.S. Case No.117 of 2020 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 30(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

15 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one motorcycle was also recovered. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 21.03.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about ten months. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge,
