The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 492 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 279,307, 354, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is a retaliatory action by the informant to the case instituted by the accused no. 1, Sharda Devi against the family members of the informant bearing Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No.491 of 2015. It is submitted that the altercation is an outcome of a civil dispute and there are allegations and counter allegations against two parties. He further submits that although there is no charge of assault against this petitioner but in so far as the allegation of

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the circumstances existing and the argument advanced, let the petitioner namely, Lallan Mandal in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 492 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
