2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for the initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties named above especially the Opposite Party No. 4 as the opposite parties have not complied the order dated 07.05.2024 passed in C.W.J.C.

No.17539 of 2022.

3. A show cause has come on behalf of the opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.1914 of 2025(4) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 party no.4 and 6 and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to the order passed by the Collector, Kishanganj vide memo no. 5839 dated 05.12.2025 by which it has been recorded that he is not entitled to the amount and Kiran Kumar Mandal has also not been given the compensation.

4. In that background, nothing remains, the petitioner if so wants, can challenge the said order.

5. The MJC No. 1914 of 2025 is disposed of.
