2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioners entered the house of informant and assaulted the informant and family members with Tangi and Rami, as a result of which informant and family members sustained injuries. It is further alleged that other co-accused persons took cash and ornaments.

4. It is submitted that petitioner nos. 2 and 3 inflicted Tangi blow on the head of informant. The doctor has found only one lacerated wound which is simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Both sides are agnates. Allegation of theft of ornaments and cash is ornamental to make the case grave. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 105 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
