Petitioner is accused in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, as detailed in paragraph no.141 of the case diary, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has not been put on test identification parade, while informant had detailed the description about the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50695 of 2015 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 accused. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.08.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.592 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
