JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2022 By order dated 22.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11653 of 2017, the Bihar School Examination Board was directed to publish the revised result of the petitioner's daughter of Intermediate Science (XIIth Examination) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional papers and Mathematics as additional paper. It is not in dispute that revised result has been published and copy of the marks-sheet has been received by the petitioner's daughter from the institution where she was pursing her course.

There was further direction to the Board to make necessary correction in the registration slip of the petitioner's daughter for the said examination by making the correct entries of her optional papers and additional paper as indicated above.

Patna High Court MJC No.1579 of 2018(5) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the Board has submitted that necessary corrections have been made in the registration record maintained by the Board.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, has a grievance that corrected registration slip has still not been issued.

In peculiar facts and circumstances of the present contempt application, it is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner's daughter appears before the Controller of Examination of the Board on 17.08.2022 at 3 p.m. with a copy of this order and the registration slip, which is in her possession, the Controller of Examination shall ensure that the grievance of the petitioner's daughter is redressed.
