The petitioner is in custody in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.46 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 30(A), (B) & (C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.04.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 265 liters of country made liquor was seized from a tempo. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in
