The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 61 of 2019 dated 01.03.2019, instituted for offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2019. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that only because the petitioner happens to be the cleaner of the vehicle, he has been made accused of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33554 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 causing disappearance of vehicle of another person. The vehicle has yet not been recovered.

Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner up till now. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah, in connection with Koilwar P. S. Case No. 61 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
