Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30/32 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The FIR relates to recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. There is no material to suggest that the petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33827 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Beerpur Police Station Case No.17 of 2018 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
