Learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to the stand taken by the State in paragraph-24 of the counter affidavit, submits that the matter was examined at the level of the State Government by the PVC and accordingly, a fresh entitlement slip No. 14081904023080 dated 14.08.2019 was issued on the request of the University made vide letter dated 26.07.2019, and accordingly, necessary adjudication has been made. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State and as also for the University submit that since the letter has
Patna High Court CWJC No.12683 of 2019(10) dt.16-02-2026 2/2 already been issued with appropriate entitlement slip duly approved by the PVC, the matter may be disposed of.
4. In view of the submissions of the parties and the grievances of the petitioner having been redressed, the writ petition stands disposed of.
